If a driver’s license is suspended, revoked, canceled, the driver loses the right to drive, or is disqualified, the driver must tell the employer within 30 days. Job applicants must tell a prospective employer about past commercial driving jobs. The Transportation Secretary will set how many years to report, but it cannot be less than the last 10 years.
