Allows the Secretary of Transportation to get expert help and use services and facilities from other federal agencies when needed. The other agencies must agree, and the Secretary must pay them back for their work. Heads of those agencies must help carry out the law’s policy. The Secretary must also give the Comptroller General any information needed about federal loans or credit tools made under this part so the Comptroller General can do its oversight work.
