For the fiscal years ending September 30, 1993–1995, the Secretary of Transportation can get whatever money is needed from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund (26 U.S.C. 9502) to carry out section 44515. Those funds remain available until they are spent.

The amounts remain available until expended.
