Title 50 › Chapter 32— CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WARFARE PROGRAM › § 1513
No federal money may be used to put, keep, or get rid of deadly chemical or biological weapons outside the United States, or to use any delivery system made to spread them. Federal money also may not be used to test, develop, move, store, or dispose of such weapons abroad, or to dump munitions in international waters, if the Secretary of State, after notice from the Secretary when planned, finds it would break international law. The Secretary of State must report those findings to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and to international organizations when a treaty requires.
