Title 50 › Chapter 32— CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WARFARE PROGRAM › § 1525
The Secretary of Defense can give technical help to an owner or operator of a facility facing a routine or challenge inspection under the Chemical Weapons Convention. The help must be given through the Department of Defense’s On-Site Inspection Agency and only if the Defense Department will be repaid for its costs. The United States National Authority may provide the repayment, and the money is credited to the On-Site Inspection Agency.
