Title 50 › Chapter 36— FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE › Subchapter I— ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE › § 1810a
When a court says someone broke this chapter in a civil case under section 1810, the head of that person’s agency must tell Congress what administrative action was taken under section 1803(m) or any other law. The agency head must also give the person’s name to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. That Court must keep a list of every person it is told about.
