Title 50 › Chapter 38— CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY RETIREMENT AND DISABILITY › Subchapter II— CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY RETIREMENT AND DISABILITY SYSTEM › Part A— Establishment of System › § 2011
There is a retirement and disability plan for certain CIA employees called the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System. It was first created under title II of the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement Act of 1964. The Director of the CIA must write the rules for the system and must send any proposed rules to the congressional intelligence committees at least 14 days before they take effect. The Director must run the system under those rules and the basic principles in this chapter. To protect intelligence sources and methods and to carry out section 3024(h), any decision the Director makes under this chapter is final and cannot be reviewed by any court, except as allowed by section 2155(b).
