§2454 Semiannual Financial Reports on Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation Programs

Summary

The Administrator must send a report to the Senate and House Armed Services Committees every half of a fiscal year. Each report is due within 30 days after that fiscal half ends. For every defense nuclear nonproliferation program that has money in that fiscal year, the report must show three things: the total money available at the start of the half (including amounts not committed, not obligated, and not spent); the new money added during the half and how much came from appropriations, transfers, reprogrammings, or other sources; and the total money available at the end of the half (again showing amounts not committed, not obligated, and not spent).
