§2577 Annual Selected Acquisition Reports on Certain Hardware Relating to Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation

Summary

At the end of each fiscal year, the Administrator must send an annual report to the defense committees in Congress about each covered hardware project. The report must include the same kinds of details used for major defense acquisition programs under section 4351 of title 10, but presented for that covered hardware project. A covered hardware project is a defense nuclear nonproliferation R&D project that makes or fields hardware (including satellites or satellite payloads) and will cost more than $500,000,000 over five years.
