The Director of National Intelligence must send a report by March 1 of each fiscal year to the congressional intelligence committees and to the Senate and House Appropriations Committees. The report must list every report Congress requires the Office to provide for the upcoming fiscal year. For each required report, it must give a short description, cite the law or other congressional source that requires it, say whether it is recurring, conditional, or has a termination provision, and say whether the Director recommends repealing or changing it. The report may be submitted in classified form.
