Title 50 › Chapter 19— GUIDED MISSILES › § 502
The Secretary of the Air Force can make surveys and get land or land rights, including temporary use, by donation, purchase, exchanging government land, or other ways, and may do this without following section 3324(a) and (b) of title 31. Before taking any land or rights under this power, the Secretary must reach an agreement with the Armed Services Committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives about the acquisition.
