Title 50 › Chapter 23— INTERNAL SECURITY › Subchapter IV— COMMUNIST CONTROL › § 842
Stops the Communist Party of the United States, and any successor group under any name, from using the legal rights, privileges, or protections given to official organizations if their goal is to overthrow the U.S. government or any state, territory, district, possession, or local government by force or violence. Any such rights already granted to that party or its branches are ended. Nothing here changes the Internal Security Act of 1950.
