Title 50 › Chapter 23— INTERNAL SECURITY › Subchapter V— REGISTRATION OF CERTAIN PERSONS TRAINED IN FOREIGN ESPIONAGE SYSTEMS › § 855
Anyone who knowingly breaks any rule under this part, or who knowingly lies or leaves out an important fact in a registration statement, can be fined up to $10,000, put in jail for up to five years, or both. A noncitizen convicted under these rules can be deported under chapter 4 of title II of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1221 et seq.).
