Each May the President must send Congress a report that describes the programs and achievements of all U.S. agencies in aeronautics and space for the previous fiscal year and evaluates whether they met the goals in section 20102(d). The report may suggest new laws if the Administrator or the President think they are needed. Classified national-security information cannot be included unless the President declassifies or allows it.
