Creates a Commercial Space Achievement Award as a medal set by the Secretary of Commerce; a cash prize may be given if donated funds exist. The Secretary will award it to individuals or corporations engaged in commercial space (including divisions/subsidiaries). Companies must get at least half of space-related revenue from non‑Federal sources. Winners must have substantially boosted U.S. GNP and U.S. industry's international standing and advanced commercial-space tech or applications. No one may win more than once every 5 years. Donated prize funds are only for prizes, and donors must be listed.
