A Commission may send interim reports to the President and Congress with findings, conclusions, and recommended fixes that a majority of its members agree on. The Commission must also send a final report to the President and Congress and make that final report public. The final report must include any minority views or opinions that the majority did not adopt. The Commission and any related authorities under this chapter end 60 days after the final report is submitted. The Commission can use those 60 days to finish its work, including testifying to congressional committees about its reports and sharing the final report.
