§10313 Separability

If any part of chapters 103 to 107 of this title, or the way it is used for a particular person or situation, is found invalid, the rest of those chapters still stay in effect. The problem only affects that part and similar cases; it does not change how the laws apply to other people or other situations.

If any provision of chapters 103 to 107 of this title or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of chapters 103 to 107 of this title and the application of the provision to other persons not similarly situated or to other circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
