Title 52 › Subtitle Subtitle I— Voting Rights › Chapter 105— SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS › § 10504
When the Attorney General believes a State or local government is using a test or device to block voting or is denying voting rights under sections 10501–10503, he may sue in federal court to stop it or get other relief. The case must be heard by a three-judge district court under 28 U.S.C. 2284, and appeals go to Supreme Court.
