Makes money available to the Commission so it can do its duties under this Act and under chapters 95 and 96 of title 26. The amounts set aside are: up to $5,000,000 for the year ending June 30, 1975; $6,000,000 for the year ending June 30, 1976; $1,500,000 for July 1, 1976 to September 30, 1976; $6,000,000 for the year ending September 30, 1977; $7,811,500 for the year ending September 30, 1978; and $9,400,000 for the year ending September 30, 1981, of which no more than $400,000 may be used for the national clearinghouse function in section 30111(a)(10).
