§101338 General Leasing Provisions

Summary
Leases the Secretary issues under this law do not have to follow section 102901 of this title or section 1302 of title 40. Money from leases made under section 101335(a)(1) and section 101337 must be kept by the Service and put into the special fund for maintaining and operating quarters.

Title 54, §101338

(a)section 102901 of this title and section 1302 of title 40 shall not apply to leases issued by the Secretary under this section.
(b)The proceeds from any lease under section 101335(a)(1) of this title and any lease under section 101337 of this title shall be retained by the Service and deposited in the special fund established for maintenance and operation of quarters.
