Title 54 › Subtitle Subtitle II— Outdoor Recreation Programs › Chapter 2003— LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND › § 200307
Money from the sources named in section 200302 cannot be used for publicity. When a major purchase or development starts, temporary standard signs must be placed on or near the site when possible to show the project used Fund money. The signs may show percentage and dollar shares from Federal and non‑Federal funds and note that funding includes Outer Continental Shelf receipts. The Secretary must set rules so the signs look and are used the same way.
