§302903 Grants to National Trust

Summary
The Interior Secretary can give grants to the National Trust if the grants follow the Trust’s charter and this law. The HUD Secretary can pay for repairing or restoring buildings the Trust agrees to keep for historic use; HUD sets the terms but cannot pay more than $90,000 for any one building.

The Secretary may administer grants to the National Trust consistent with the purposes of its charter and this division.
