The Attorney General may move other DOJ programs or activities into the Office if, after consulting the Senate and House Judiciary Committees, they match the Office’s mission. The staff and property needed to run those programs must move too, and transfers must follow section 605 of Public Law 107–77. Within one year after November 25, 2002, the Attorney General must report to those Committees on current funding, future funding needs, and any other useful information.
