Summary
Starting in fiscal year 2004 and after, the Center can take employees temporarily sent from other federal agencies to help run the accreditation work, and it will not reimburse those agencies.

In fiscal year 2004 and thereafter, the Center is authorized to accept detailees from other Federal agencies, on a non-reimbursable basis, to staff the accreditation function.
