Title 6 › Chapter 1— HOMELAND SECURITY ORGANIZATION › Subchapter XVII— ANTI-TRAFFICKING TRAINING FOR DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY PERSONNEL › § 645a
Within 1 year after December 21, 2018, and every year after, the Executive Associate Director of Homeland Security Investigations must send a report to four congressional committees: the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee, the House Homeland Security Committee, and the House Judiciary Committee. The report must cover HSI’s human trafficking investigations. It must give the number of confirmed investigations by type (including labor, sex, transnational, and domestic), the number of victims broken down by type (sex vs. labor) and by age (minor vs. adult), and an analysis of those numbers and other HSI data showing overall trafficking or investigation trends.
