§723 Metropolitan Medical Response Grant Program

Summary
A Metropolitan Medical Response Program must be maintained. It must keep the same goals it had on June 1, 2006. For fiscal year 2008, Congress may provide funding equal to what the program got in fiscal year 2007 plus an extra $30,000,000.

(a)There is a Metropolitan Medical Response Program.
(b)The program shall include each purpose of the program as it existed on June 1, 2006.
(c)There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out the program for fiscal year 2008, an amount equal to the amount appropriated for the program for fiscal year 2007 and an additional $30,000,000.
