Summary

Secretary may create at least one Border Patrol unit in the United States Virgin Islands. No later than 180 days after October 13, 2006, the Secretary must give the appropriate congressional committees a report that includes any schedule for doing so.

(a)The Secretary may establish at least 1 Border Patrol unit for the United States Virgin Islands.
(b)Not later than 180 days after October 13, 2006, the Secretary shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees that includes the schedule, if any, for carrying out subsection (a).
