EPA must set up a minor use program inside the Office of Pesticide Programs. That program must coordinate minor-use matters, make policies, and work with growers on minor-use registrations and changes sent to EPA. Within 3 years of the passage of the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996, the Office must publish a public report on progress in registering minor uses, including how the exclusive use incentive was carried out.
