Defines key words used in the chapter. Agricultural product means fresh fruits or vegetables, or products from livestock or fowl, that are sold in the United States for people to eat. Certificate means an accreditation certificate issued under this chapter. Laboratory means any place or vehicle owned by a person or organization and set up to run pesticide residue tests on agricultural products for commercial purposes. Pesticide means any substance called a pesticide in section 136(u) of this title. Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture.
