Makes reports and dispatches from officers under this law available to the Department of State. Those reports can also be shared with other government agencies. Agricultural reports and related information made by Foreign Service officers must be given to the Secretary of Agriculture. Allows the Secretary of State, if asked by the Secretary of Agriculture, to provide office space, equipment, facilities, and clerical help for those people, and lets the Agriculture Secretary repay or advance money for those services. Also lets any federal agency, if asked by the Agriculture Secretary, make its staff, services, and facilities available to officers posted overseas, with the Agriculture Secretary able to pay for them.
