Title 7 › Chapter 50— AGRICULTURAL CREDIT › Subchapter I— REAL ESTATE LOANS › § 1936a
The Secretary may let a borrower or grant recipient use property (real and personal) bought or improved with a loan or grant under section 2009d(d), or the money from selling that property, for a different project if the original project is no longer appropriate. The new project must be in the same area, meet the section 2009d(d) criteria, and follow any extra rules the Secretary sets.
