§1963 Purpose and Extent of Loans

2002—Pub. L. 107–171 inserted “quarantine,” before “natural disaster”. 1996—Pub. L. 104–127 inserted “that are necessitated by a natural disaster, major disaster, or emergency and that are” after “livestock changes”. 1980—Pub. L. 96–438 substituted provisions relating to the purposes and extent of loans made or insured under this subchapter for provisions limiting loans to amounts certified by the county committee.
