Stockyard owners, market agencies, or dealers who knowingly disobey orders under sections 211–213 must pay $500 per offense. Each breach, and each day a breach continues, counts as a separate offense. U.S. attorneys, under the Attorney General, must sue to collect the fines; prosecution costs come from the U.S. courts’ expense fund.
