Title 7 › Chapter 55— DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE › § 2204–2
The Secretary of Agriculture can give any regulatory job he has now or will have after April 4, 1940 to a designated officer or employee if it speeds work. He can give them titles, but no more than two may be designated at once, and he can take back any delegation at any time.
