The Secretary of Agriculture must give the Government Accountability Office the correct payment documents and financial records for the funds appropriated to the Department of Agriculture.

The Secretary of Agriculture shall furnish proper vouchers and accounts for the sums appropriated for the Department of Agriculture to the Government Accountability Office.
