Summary

The Secretary of Agriculture must pay each employee’s salary out of the payroll for the bureau, independent division, or office where that employee actually works, and not from any other payroll.

The Secretary of Agriculture is authorized and directed to pay the salary of each employee from the roll of the bureau, independent division, or office in which the employee is working, and no other.
