Title 7 › Chapter 55A— DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE ADVISORY COMMITTEES › § 2286
Secretary must end an advisory committee for five reasons. They are overspending its estimate by over 10% or $500 (whichever is greater) without prior approval; failing to file required reports; not meeting for two consecutive years; doing work that federal employees should do; or no longer serving an essential public function.
