Title 7 › Chapter 13— AGRICULTURAL AND MECHANICAL COLLEGES › Subchapter I— COLLEGE-AID LAND APPROPRIATION › § 309
North Dakota must run the land it got under section 301 and the money from that land the way this part says, even if other federal rules say something different. If money from land sales is put into a trust fund (money set aside from those sales), the state must keep all earnings in that fund, pay the fund’s administration costs out of the fund, and manage the fund so it keeps its buying power and gives steady payments to beneficiaries. Any payments from those funds must follow section 2 of article IX of the Constitution of the State of North Dakota.
