Title 7 › Chapter 64— AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH, EXTENSION, AND TEACHING › Subchapter X— FUNDING AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS › § 3319g
Starting in fiscal year 2003 and after, the agency can charge fees equal to the fair market value for permits, easements, leases, or other special-use permissions to occupy or use its land and buildings, including the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center. The agency must put those fees into this account, and the money will stay available until it is spent for allowed purposes.
