Title 7 › Chapter 65— WHEAT AND WHEAT FOODS RESEARCH AND NUTRITION EDUCATION › § 3410
District courts can enforce and stop people from breaking orders or rules made under this law. Any civil case under the law must be sent to the Attorney General for action. The Secretary does not have to send minor violations if the Secretary thinks a written notice or warning will work. If a maker or any other person willfully breaks an order or refuses to pay required fees, they can be fined up to $1,000 for each offense. The United States can sue to collect the fines. These actions and fines are extra and do not replace other legal remedies.
