Title 7 › Chapter 14— AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATIONS › Subchapter I— GENERAL PROVISIONS › § 361h
The rules in sections 361a to 361i do not change the legal relationship between any college or university that runs a State agricultural experiment station and the State government where it is located. States that have separate, law-created agricultural experiment stations may use the benefits from sections 361a to 361i for research at those stations. If a State has more than one such college, university, or station, the money for that State from those sections must be split among them as the State legislature decides.
