Title 7 › Chapter 69— SWINE HEALTH PROTECTION › § 3808
The Secretary can make agreements with State agriculture departments and other State agencies so federal and State work on feeding garbage to swine is not duplicated and runs more efficiently. If a State agency has the facilities, staff, and procedures the Secretary approves, it may help enforce and run the federal rules. These agreements do not change the Secretary’s powers under other federal laws or any existing limits on cooperation.
