Title 7 › Chapter 15— BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY › § 393
The Secretary of Agriculture can prepare and sell disease-related and animal specimens that are useful for science or education to scientists and others working in hygiene and sanitation, charging only the cost of making them. All money from those sales must be turned over to the U.S. Treasury and recorded as miscellaneous receipts.
