Title 7 › Chapter 19— COTTON STATISTICS AND ESTIMATES › § 473c–2
Anyone who breaks the earlier rule about sampling cotton commits a misdemeanor. If convicted, they can be fined up to $1,000, jailed for up to one year, or both.
