Title 7 › Chapter 20— DUMPING OR DESTRUCTION OF INTERSTATE PRODUCE › § 494
The Secretary of Agriculture can make rules needed to carry out this chapter. He can work with federal departments, states, territories, the District of Columbia, possessions, local governments, or private people and ask federal agencies for help. He can hire, fire, and set pay if not against other laws, and spend for rent outside the District of Columbia and other necessary office costs to administer the chapter.
