§5314 Implementation of Comprehensive Plan

Summary

Carry out the comprehensive plan through the end of the ninth fiscal year after the fiscal year when the final plan is submitted under section 5313(d)(2). The plan must meet the program goals in sections 5313(a) and (b), be done by the federal agencies according to how duties are divided in section 5313(c), and be funded by annual appropriations to those agencies. Nothing here gives new regulatory power, changes existing regulatory power, or creates new regulatory rules, criteria, or standards.
