§6211 Authorization of Appropriations

Summary
Each fiscal year, Congress may provide the money needed to carry out this chapter. That money cannot be used to pay the Board’s costs for administering any part of an order under the chapter.

(a)There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year such funds as are necessary to carry out this chapter.
(b)The funds so appropriated shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Board in administering any provisions of an order issued under this chapter.
