Title 7 › Chapter 26A— AGRICULTURAL MARKETING AGREEMENTS › § 673
No processing taxes or compensating taxes can be charged or collected under the Agricultural Adjustment Act (7 U.S.C. 601 et seq.), as amended. Aside from that tax ban, this Act does not change the Agricultural Adjustment Act except for the items listed in section 1 of the Act of June 3, 1937, ch. 296, 50 Stat. 246. Those listed items, as changed by this Act, continue to apply to the Agricultural Adjustment Act, to this Act, and to any other laws they were already applied to.
