The Secretary of Agriculture must study, by cheese type, how extra cheese allowed under U.S. World Trade Organization obligations could affect milk prices, dairy producers' income, and federal dairy program costs, and report to the Senate and House agriculture committees by June 30, 1997. Other congressional limits on studies or reports don't apply unless a law names this study.
