§7316 Commission Procedures

Summary
The Commission must meet on a regular schedule set by the chairperson, and it must also meet when the chairperson or a majority of members calls for a meeting. A majority (more than half) of the members must be present for the Commission to conduct official business.

(a)Meetings
The Commission shall meet on a regular basis (as determined by the chairperson) and at the call of the chairperson or a majority of its members.
(b)Quorum
A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
